Working with leading designers, we can deliver "turn key" packages to make building a stress free, exciting experience. The first step is to get in touch for a no obligation chat. We'll run through your building requirements and establish how we can build what you want within your budget. From there we will give you a step by step guide to what needs to happen next. For most people with plans we can proceed straight to pricing, for others they may need a house designing by an Architect. We will be there for you right through the build process, empowering you to make informed decisions to get the build of your dreams.

The team at Jordent Ltd have experienced staff who have worked, and project managed, on a significant number of renovation projects, both residential and commercial. Not all renovations need Council consent but we will be able to let you know if we can start without needing to submit plans to council. Once we have your exact requirements documented we can start to get a price together. The more accurate the details the more accurate the estimate so it's important to us (and you) that we know exactly what you want before we start to price your renovation.
